To earn a Patron award, visit 65% of the Member Clubs, have the form signed at each club, and mail the form to the current NNJSDA President. When all qualifications have been met, you will be awarded a Patron dangle and free entrance to the next Mini-Festival. There is no time limit to earn the award and no limit on how many times you can earn it. Download the current Patron form.
